After an initial Ayurvedic anamnesis and individual constitution determination, you will receive your personal 7-day program for a detox at home with

- nutrition plan and recipes
- guided yoga classes
- guided meditation

You do not necessarily have to take a vacation during these 7 days, but only be free on day 5 for the detox.

You choose on which day you would like to have your individual consultation and on which day your detox week begins.
